Google Sign-In & Your Data

SM@RT offers the option to log in using your Google account for convenience. When you choose to sign in with Google, SM@RT accesses only your Google account name and email address — nothing else.

This information is used solely to authenticate your identity and link your Google account to your SM@RT user profile. SM@RT does not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google services.

Google Sign-In is optional. You can always log in to SM@RT using a standard username and password instead — no Google account required.

Standard Login

Log in with a username and password created within SM@RT. No Google account or third-party service required. Contact your school administrator to set up or reset your credentials.

Google Sign-In

Log in using your existing Google account for a faster, password-free experience. You may revoke this access at any time without affecting your SM@RT account.

How to Revoke Google Sign-In Access

If you no longer wish to use Google Sign-In with SM@RT, follow these steps to revoke access. This will not delete your SM@RT account or any of your data — it simply disconnects your Google account.

Go to your Google Account

Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and sign in if prompted.

Find SM@RT in the list

Under "Third-party apps with account access", locate SM@RT in the list of connected applications.

Remove access

Click on SM@RT and select "Remove Access". Google will confirm that the connection has been removed.

Log in with your password instead

After revoking access, use your standard SM@RT username and password to log in. If you do not have a password set, contact your school administrator or reach out to us at randal.neptune@outlook.com.

Request Deletion of Your Personal Data

If you would like your personal data removed from SM@RT, please submit a request using the form below. Note that student academic data is owned by the school or institution — deletion requests for student records must also be approved by the school.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and action it within 14 business days.
